As a Qt customer, you will soon be able to leverage the resources of The Qt Company's new Customer Success organization. With their support, you will be able to advance your software development and quickly achieve the optimum value of Qt. Their focus is to ensure your Qt experience is exceptional.
Your Customer Success team will be there from the start to help you fast-track your development project with the onboarding services included in your subscription license. You will receive a rapid ramp-up that is part of a well-developed Qt Onboarding Program providing you technical support on installation and development environment configuration. You'll also receive many valuable resources in your first 30 days, such as getting started videos, tutorials, access to our knowledge base, and documentation, backed up with forums to keep you informed and educated. The goal is to help you launch your Qt project quickly and efficiently.
The Customer Success team will also address any support, licensing, and invoicing questions you might have during your subscription term. Additionally, they will keep you informed about product updates, new versions, product roadmaps, and future innovation opportunities. Before the end of your subscription term, the Customer Success team will work with you to plan and prepare for future Qt development projects.
